Manuscripts must be submitted through the AJMS online submission system at https://ajms1.medscience.pw/submission/. Email submissions to the Editor-in-Chief are accepted only in exceptional circumstances. Authors are strongly advised to read the Author Guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscript.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of AJMS and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors must ensure compliance with the following requirements. Submissions may be returned to authors if they do not adhere to these guidelines:
- The submission has not been previously published nor is under consideration elsewhere.
- The manuscript file is in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), OpenOffice, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
- URLs for references have been provided where available.
- The text is single-spaced, uses a 12-point font, employs italics instead of underlining, and places all figures and tables within the text.
- The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- For peer-reviewed sections, instructions for ensuring a blind review have been followed.
Submission Checklist (Required Files)
Please ensure that the following items are included in your submission:
- One author designated as Corresponding Author, including email, full postal address, and telephone number.
- Cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief confirming the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.
- Signed Assignment of Authorship Responsibilities and Copyright Form (scanned copy).
- Keywords (3–5 MeSH terms).
- All figure captions.
- All tables with titles, descriptions, and footnotes.
- All necessary files uploaded (manuscript, figures, tables, supplementary files).
- Manuscript has been spell-checked.
- All pages are numbered consecutively.
- References are formatted according to AJMS requirements.
- All references listed are cited in the text and vice versa.
- Permission letters for copyrighted material (including web sources) have been obtained.
